Louise Williams mrics - director

Managing Director Louise Williams has been a Chartered Surveyor since 2001, since which time her work has been focussed on retail property.

Louise’s professional background is in lease consultancy, specifically handling rent review and lease renewals negotiations.  In addition though, she can advise you on a full range of estate management considerations.  

Over the years, Louise has worked with great surveyors and agents, and has built up a strong network of contacts, so when your specific requirements need a specialist building surveyor, or a regional leasing agent, Cubic Property can work with a team of consultants which will ensure that our clients always get the most focussed advice.

Freya Porteous

Assistant to Louise and all-round Girl Friday, Freya Porteous has been at Cubic Property since 2018.  After a spell in the Alps working for a high-end ski holiday company, Freya completed a post-graduate law degree in London and then spent seven years adjudicating financial disputes at the Financial Ombudsman Service. 

Freya assists Louise on a variety of instructions, as well as keeping the business running smoothly day-to day.
